Changes when you ask
New page, new pastor photo, a special service — email it and it gets done, billed by the hour actually used. No retainer, no ticket queue.

The install is an afternoon. The calendar is mostly about photos and a first recording — so here's what we'll ask for and when.
One honest conversation.
A phone call or a few emails. Your church name, your domain situation (have one? want one?), what your old site did and didn't do, and who will keep the calendar current. We write the hour estimate down and send it to you before anything else happens.
Domain, hosting, install.
We set up the server, register or transfer the domain in the church's name, install FaithKit, run setup, remove the setup folder, turn on HTTPS. You get a private link to look at while it's empty.
You send the church.
Service times. A short welcome in the pastor's own words. A dozen photos — the building, a service, a fellowship meal, people who've said it's fine. This month's events. One full Sunday recording, however you already record it.
We load it, tune it, and walk you through.
Photos sized and placed, pages written from your notes, the recording sliced and playing on the station. Then a short screen-share: how to add an event, post a sermon, update the prayer list. It goes live when you say so.
Care, on your terms.
Hosting runs quietly. When you want something changed, email it. Small things take minutes and are billed that way. Big things get an estimate first, same as day one.
The technical part is ours for an afternoon. The website is yours for good.
Nothing in the managed path changes what you own. The domain is registered to the church, the files are yours, and the day you want to take it in-house, we hand you the keys and step back.

- The estimate comes first. Hours are written down before work begins, and only the hours used are billed. If we're faster than the estimate, you pay less.
- Why hourly and not a package. Every church's photos, pages and domain situation are different. A package would either overcharge you or shortchange you. Hourly is the honest shape.
- Why cost + 30% and not a "plan." You can see what hosting costs anywhere. The 30% is the care — watching it, patching it, backing it up. It is not a price for the software, because the software is free.
- What's never on the invoice. A per-member fee. A per-visitor fee. A "premium features" line. A charge to leave.
Managed means we hold the keys. It doesn't mean we own the house.
This is the same FaithKit anyone can download for free. Your domain is registered to the church. Your directory, prayer list and sermons are plain files. If you ever want to host it yourself, or hire your nephew, we hand you the folder and the domain and wish you well.
- No analytics, no third-party scripts — on managed sites too. We do not count your visitors.

What does managed actually include?
Domain, hosting, installing FaithKit, loading your service times, pages, photos and first sermons, tuning the homepage radio station, and ongoing care when you ask for changes. All of it billed at a flat $300 an hour, only the hours used, with the estimate written down first.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Hosting and your domain are passed through at what they cost us plus thirty percent for care. Work is hourly. There is no FaithKit line item that renews on its own, and no per-member or per-visitor fee.
Do we still own the site if you host it?
Yes. It is the same free, AGPL v3 FaithKit anyone can download. Your domain is registered to the church, your content is plain files, and if you ever leave we hand you the folder and the domain. Leaving costs nothing.
How long does a managed launch take?
Usually a week or two from first conversation to live, most of which is waiting on you for photos, service times and a first recording. The install itself is an afternoon.
Do you track our visitors or put analytics on the site?
No. Managed sites carry no analytics and no third-party scripts, the same as the free download. We do not count your visitors and we do not sell anyone the chance to.
We already started installing it ourselves. Can you finish it?
